About Anne Vickers

How are you doing today? A simple question., One I ask daily of others, but really the answer is not so simple, Is it?

My name is Anne Vickers and I am a registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I ask this question daily and really care about the answer. I understand that days of unhappiness, conflict, self medication, anger, trauma, resentments and a whole host of other negative experiences can make you feel lost. It is my goal to help you find your self again and to help you connect with people and things that contribute positively to your life.

I am an experienced Psychotherapist with twenty years of experience working in both outpatient and inpatient, mental health and addiction services. What sets me apart is my respect for you to set your own goals and my belief that you are capable of meeting them. I truly believe in a strength based approach, meaning that you, possess the strength, and it is my privilege to help you achieve the changes you are looking for.
